Eligibility Criteria for Returns

-Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

-A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.

-Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

 

Items Excluded from Returns

Products that have been personalised cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part this includes our Grillz.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

 

 

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
